Research to Results: the Science of Learning in Education Practice

Despite deep and longstanding investment in education, as a sector we have not significantly improved learning gains or closed achievement gaps. What can we do differently to drive sustained improvement at scale?

This session will explore how scientific evidence on how humans learn influences classroom practice and learner achievement – for all learners. Through experiential learning grounded in scientific learning principles, we will explore tools, frameworks, and mechanisms for integrating the science of learning into K-12 grantmaking processes.
