SUMMARY:2026 2nd joint annual meeting of GSoLEN and the UNESCO Global Alliance on the Science of Learning for Education (UNGASOL)
DESCRIPTION:Under the theme “From education systems to learning ecosystems\,” this year’s event builds on previous meetings to deepen our understanding of how to mobilize the science of learning to advance global education goals. The meeting is organized around two scientific thematic tracks\, integrating a structured policy dialogue throughout\, and culminating in a set of key messages for the post-2030 education agenda-setting process. \nThe event will be hosted at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris on 3 and 4 December 2026\, and all members of UNGASOL and GSoLEN are invited to attend. The meeting is also open to non-members. \nMEETING THEMES:\nThematic track 1: In an era of digital learning and AI\, what does the science of learning tell us? \nThematic track 2: Strengthening the science-policy-practice nexus: Building learning ecosystems through implementation \nCALL FOR PROPOSALS AND PRE-REGISTRATION: \nProposal submissions are welcome and can be made via the pre-registration form.
